This is the street side view of the house.  The peak & window to the left is Francesca's room.  The two little dormers are the upper laundry room & the kids' bathroom.  The peak to the right of the dormers is the stair well & all the way to the right is the master bath. Below the master bath is the music room.  We eliminated the den & made it a room specifically for piano practice.  We've learned that we need doors on the room with the piano! The framers have the windows covered for warmth.  The wind really rips through the open walls!

A snippet of our light fixture style

We are not going to have a formal dining room in our new house, so I wanted an extra special fixture above our table.  I picked this out last summer on my own & never told my designer about it.  Well...lo & behold when she showed me ideas for light fixtures, she suggested this very one for above our table!  So it's a done deal.  Light fixtures are my favorite things to pick out for a house.  They are the house's jewelry!  I've picked out some beauties & I can't wait for them to be up.  (long time from now unfortunately!)
