Notice the sun is out on this picture. This was probably the last sunny day that we had during the beginning phase of construction. We have had so much rain & a little bit of snow in October. Not a good combination for laying a foundation. Anyways, the lot had to excavated & prepared for a new foundation. This view is looking to the east side of the lot.
